Standard Firearms

This would include pistols, revolvers, shotguns, rifles, frames & lower receivers.

*Individuals have to be 18 years old or older to take possession of shotguns & rifles.

*Individuals have to be 21 years old or older to take possession of pistols, revolvers, frames, lower receivers, etc.

$40 per serial number

NFA Items (Individuals)

This would include silencers, short-barreled rifles & shotguns, machine guns & AOWs.

*Individuals have to be 21 years old or older to take possession of NFA items.

*Fingerprints & photo fees are required for the above transfers.

$70 per serial number

NFA Items (Trusts)

This would include silencers, short-barreled rifles & shotguns, machine guns & AOWs.

*Trustees can be any age on a trust, but have to be 21 years old or older to take possession of NFA items.

*Fingerprints & photo fees are required for each trustee filling out an RPQ – Responsible Persons Questionnaire.
